We worked with Adrian for our purchase of a new home in South Florida during a crazy sellers market. He was wonderful. He spent several days with us giving us a tour of the towns we were interested im Palm Beach Garden, Jupiter and North Palm. He taught us about the various neighborhoods and the feel of the very different clubs and communities. He pointed out pitfalls associated with what looked like good houses to the inexperienced eye. Since we were from out of town Adrian continued to help me with the house after closing. He helped me organize various vendors, scheduled appointments, opened the house for the vendors and made sure the work was done correctly and completely. A wonderful realtor.
